During the conference, TRI is offering a one-on-one counseling session designed to help you slow down, be heard, and process what you’re carrying. Each 55-minute session offers a confidential space to move toward greater clarity and wholeness.

Counselor Selection

Neal Salzman, Mdiv, MA, LPC

Neal works with leaders, individuals, and teams, offering a grounded and relational presence shaped by over 20 years of counseling experience. He brings a unique integration of clinical insight and theological depth, helping people navigate seasons of challenge, transition, and growth with clarity and intention.

He is especially passionate about leadership health and cultivating sustainable rhythms of rest, helping individuals and organizations move toward greater wholeness so that both people and the work they carry can flourish.

Megan Banner, MA

Megan provides compassionate, relational care for individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds. She brings a whole-person approach, helping clients feel seen, supported, and grounded as they process their story.

With extensive experience in ministry leadership, Megan is especially drawn to those carrying the weight of leadership and desires to help people experience deeper connection with God, themselves, and others.

Luke Banner, Mdiv, MA

Luke works with individuals and couples, offering a thoughtful and steady presence as people pursue clarity, healing, and growth. His integrative work helps clients grow aware of their underlying emotions, pursue healing from traumas and attachment wounds, and live with more intention in the future.

With a background in pastoral ministry and church planting, he brings a deep understanding of the unique pressures leaders and caregivers often carry.

He is especially passionate about supporting leaders, teams, and organizations, helping people reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose, identity, and hope.
