How the Process Works

  1. Complete the Intake Form

    Follow the link below to fill out your intake paperwork. This includes a few questions and preferences to help us connect you with a counselor who is the best fit.

  2. Get Matched with a Counselor

    Once we receive your paperwork, our team will thoughtfully review it and send you a list of counselors who seem like a strong fit for your needs. You’ll choose the counselor you’d like to move forward with, and they will reach out to you directly by email to schedule your first session.

  3. Begin Counseling

    After your first session is scheduled, you’ll work directly with your counselor to set up future appointments. If at any point you feel the match is not the right fit, you can request to be connected with a different counselor.

  4. Questions?
